What is RDPower exactly?
RDPower is a Windows desktop application used by phone-repair technicians to perform network unlocks, FRP/Google bypasses, and similar operations on supported phones over USB. Samuel Celular is the team behind it and runs the licensing & credits backend you sign in to here.
Is it a cloud unlock service?
No. RDPower runs on your PC, talks to the phone you have in front of you over USB. We don't take your phone, your IMEI, or your customer's data — we just count credits and validate the license.
How do I get the tool?
Create a free account, then either download the installer from the link your reseller sent you, or ask any Samuel Celular reseller for the latest installer. The tool is the same for everyone — your account decides what you can do with it.
How does credit billing work?
Each unlock operation consumes a set number of credits. Your reseller sells you credits in any quantity (1–200 at a time). The balance you see on your dashboard always matches what the tool sees.
What if I need to move to a new PC?
Your license binds to one hardware ID. Sign in to your customer account here, go to Profile, and use the "Reset hardware binding" button. The next launch of the tool will bind to the new PC.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link if there's an email on your account. If not, contact your reseller and they can request a reset on your behalf.
Is there a customer portal?
Yes — you're looking at it. Sign in to see your credit balance, active licenses, hardware status, and to update your profile.
Are you a reseller?
Resellers have a separate sign-in (sent directly when your account is approved). The reseller flow is wholesale-only and not advertised publicly. If you'd like to become one, email [email protected].
